Program Implementation Specialist
Cristol Bailey is an educational consultant with over 25 years of experience partnering with children, families, and educators across Northwestern Ontario. She has served in a variety of roles including literacy coordinator, classroom teacher, special education teacher, and AQ course writer. Cristol earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, and later completed her Master of Education at Charles Sturt University, specializing in Contemporary Literacies and multimodal learning. She also holds additional qualifications in Special Education, Reading, and Mathematics.
Cristol is passionate about designing strength-based, data-informed learning experiences that respond to the diverse needs of students and schools. Her current focus is on leading capacity-building sessions that support educators in implementing culturally relevant, research-informed programming and assessment.
